Kevin Edward Executive Search was founded in 2009 in London by our current CEO Kevin Fasting in London. The 'South' office is now led by Chloe Smith, who has over 15 years experience.

The Leeds office is head up by our first million pound biller, James Smethurst, who runs the 12 man TIC division which operates world wide!

Shaun Muir joined as director to head up the North of the UK, opening the North-East and Leeds offices. He leads the North-East office which has grown to a team of 6. Since their conception they have diversified and launched a North America desk that accounts for around 50% of their office fees.

Novo, previously Kevin Edward TIC, was founded by James Smethurst in 2017. Since then, Novo has seen exceptional expansion, growing to a team of 11 recruiters with various expertise across the TIC field. In 2023 recognising their unique position within the industry as specialists, they rebranded from Kevin Edward to Novo, a progressive leap that reinforced their stance as pioneers within the TIC field.

Seven Executive was founded in early 2021 by John Barker & Tom Farrer, specialising in permanent international recruitment. Seven Executive have had an incredible start to their business delivering impressive profits within the first 2 years, becoming a million pound business by the end of 2022, allowing growth, and growing to a team of 8 within their first full year.

They have built a strong outcome focused business which has already helped them secure some global accounts where they are not their recruitment partner of choice – for example, in 2021 they received an award for supplier of the year for a $14 billion manufacturing business.

KE Technology was formed in 2017 with founder Elliot Wilson, who now runs a team based in Middlesex! They are high performing team of senior industry experts, who have made over 100 tech placements, mainly at a senior level. Ethan D'Cruz has since joined as director, and between him and Elliot they have over 20 years tech recruitment experience.

CRP was founded by Andy Wardill in 2020. Established just moments before the COVID-19 pandemic CRP have pulled through incredibly and are now a strong team of 7. They have had some brilliant contracts with the likes of NHS working on their online systems.

Andy came to CRP from senior management at a £200m recruitment company, to start his own business. He has since transitioned into guiding the KERV group strategies in addition to his role in CRP!

Haydon Healy is the latest business to join the KERV capital portfolio in 2022 with Ryan Healy and Caabe Crampton. Before the end of their first year they are operating from an office in London and Texas and have increased their headcount by 150%

Westerdale Group was founded in 2021 by Elliott Jarvis, who has over 15 years of recruitment experience with multi-layered contracts worth up to £400m. He was joined in 2022 by Matthew Crate-Fox, who is growing their perm recruitment team. 

Novum Executive was founded in 2023 by Joe McCormack as a proactive executive search partner with over 20 years’ within specialist sectors. They work with leading international clients and offer a range of services from in-depth insight reports to a comprehensive consultancy service.
 

In 2023, Callum Franks founded Hector Francis, with a clear focus on the logistics and industrial sectors. Their services bridge the gap between permanent and temporary job opportunities, with a developed a platform designed to match modern businesses with the right professionals.

Taylor Stevenson was founded in 2019 by Jack Brennan and Graham Taylor, with a focus on logistics recruitment. With the support from KERV they have so far achieved: a second year turnover of £10m+, an increase in their headcount from 2 to 16 and due to such rapid growth they have moved offices 4 times, opened a second office in Doncaster and a third in Leeds.

They have created a strong reputation within the , UK wide, and have built a solid Taylor Stevenson culture which resonates through everyone.
