WHERE DO WE START?

This is you’re journey, but for you to maximise the potential of your business, you need to make sure you are partnered with the right people. And so do we.

STEP 1
PHONE CALL

Are we right for each other? Can we help you where you need help? Do we share the same values and principles? Through what will initially be a detailed phone conversation we can fire lots of questions at each other to determine if there is value in our meeting face to face. So at this stage it’s more about getting to know each other.

STEP 2
MEETING UP

Usually in a bar or restaurant, we’ll meet up to get to know each other on a more personal level and establish for both sides, do we click? It’s all well and good having a great idea but if we just can’t relate then that is only going to cause issues further down the line. It’s here where we like to make a decision pretty quick about whether we want to move forward – ultimately we’re Investors in People, so this stage is crucial.

STEP 3
BUSINESS PLANNING

The exciting bits start – we’ll collaborate to map out a business plan from scratch OR build and work with the one you’ve already have. This is the meeting that we’ll leave totally buzzing at the thought of the new business we’re about to start together – from day 1 to year 10, we go in hard with the bells and whistles to create the big vision for your business, whilst making sure we are not cutting corners on day one!

STEP 4
DO WE OR DON’T WE?

Here we agree everything up front from equity, levels of financing, salary, support structure, timescales and factor in all the necessary business essentials. We’ll leave this meeting shaking hands or wishing each other well.

WE GET GOING – TAKE OFF!
